In all cases, the marketed cherries are placed in a modern machine sorter line. As a first step, we wash the fruit and undergo an antiseptic treatment, so our product is more durable and can be consumed immediately. After treatment, the machine will pick up the damaged, cracked and overripe grains, then classify them according to colour, maturity and size, so our customers are always first-class, and they get the fruit that suits their needs. The cherry prepared in the kitchen is then packed in a 5 kg export tail and delivered to our customers chilled.
Our marketed varieties:
Biggareau is a medium-sized, early-ripening, red-frupped, medium-hard meat variety.
Sunburst is a light red, medium-sized, sweet-acid-pleasing flavor with an early ripening variety.
Carmen is very sought, with huge-grown ribs-red roppall, specially hard-fleshy cherry variety.
Cordia is a late, large-grown, especially sweet variety. Its colour is deep-red, almost black. The typical heart-shaped fruit is easy to recognize.
Late, large, deep-red cherry type. It tastes especially sweet, the flesh is low on acid, very hard, crisp.
